FAQ

Answers, precisely.

Ordering, payment, delivery, storage and returns: the things researchers actually ask us.

How do I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp with the products and pack sizes you need. We confirm stock and the Aramex delivery fee, then send you a secure Yoco payment link. Your order ships once payment is confirmed. There is no account to create and no online checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments through a secure Yoco payment link that we send on WhatsApp. Yoco is a PCI-compliant South African payment provider, so your card details never reach us.

How fast is delivery within South Africa?

Orders paid before 14:00 (SAST) on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day with Aramex. Major centres such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria and Gqeberha usually receive parcels within 24–48 hours; regional areas within 2–3 business days.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver with Aramex to all nine provinces, including regional and outlying areas. Collection from our Johannesburg dispatch hub can be arranged on request.

How much is delivery?

The Aramex fee depends on your area and the size of your parcel. We confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.

How should I store the products?

Lyophilised vials: −20°C, away from light, for up to 24 months. Reconstituted solutions: 2–8°C, used within the batch’s stability window. Bacteriostatic water: below 25°C, never frozen.

What is your returns policy?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a broken seal, message us within 7 days with photos and your order reference and we will replace or refund it. For sterility reasons, opened or punctured vials cannot be returned.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Yes. The 5-pack and 10-pack options carry built-in discounts, and we quote further pricing for universities and registered laboratories. Send your requirements on WhatsApp.

Are your products for human use?

No. Every product is supplied strictly as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro research. They are not medicines, supplements or veterinary products, and are not intended for human or animal use, diagnosis or treatment.
