1. Information we collect

When you order or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to confirm and deliver orders, answer questions and send order updates. We share your delivery details with Aramex so they can deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. WhatsApp and Yoco

Orders are handled on WhatsApp, which processes your number and messages under its own privacy policy. Card payments are processed by Yoco, a PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

4. POPIA compliance

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Information is stored securely, access is restricted, and it is kept only as long as needed or as required by law.
