Shipping & Returns

1. Dispatch

Orders paid before 14:00 (SAST) on business days are dispatched the same or next business day from our Johannesburg hub. We send your Aramex waybill number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves.

2. Delivery times and areas

We deliver with Aramex across South Africa. Major centres: 24–48 hours. Regional areas: 2–3 business days. Outlying areas: 3–5 business days. Temperature-sensitive products travel in insulated packaging with gel packs.

3. Delivery fees

The Aramex fee depends on your area and parcel size. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.

4. Returns and replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a compromised seal, tell us within 7 days with photos and your order reference for a replacement or refund. For sterility reasons, opened or punctured vials cannot be returned or resold.

5. Failed deliveries

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. Parcels returned to us after failed delivery attempts can be re-sent at the standard Aramex rate.
