1. Research use only

All products sold by Peptide Precision are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products, and must not be used in or on humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that products will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

2. No medical claims

Nothing on this website is medical, health or therapeutic advice. We make no claims about the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. Product descriptions refer only to analytical specifications such as purity, identity and storage.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to order. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe products may be used contrary to these terms.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. Orders are placed on WhatsApp and paid through a secure Yoco payment link. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund orders affected by stock errors or pricing mistakes.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Precision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
